Learn 6 steps to permanent change
Want to make a change in your life but you are unable to make that change. Learn the pain-pleasure principle from which you can make the permanent change that lasts for your whole lifetime




STEP 1: DECIDE WHAT YOU REALLY WANT & WHATS PREVENTING YOU TO HAVE IT NOW

Decide what you do want.The more specific you can be about it the more clarity you will have the more power you will command to achieve what you want more rapidly


STEP 2: GET LEVERAGE.GET LEVERAGE ON YOUR SELF.GET YOURSELF TO ASSOCIATE MASSIVE PAIN TO NOT CHANGING AND MASSIVE PLEASURE IN CHANGING RIGHT NOW

TO GET LEVERAGE ON YOURSELF ASK YOURSELF QUESTIONS LIKE
1. WHAT WILL IT COST ME IF I DON'T CHANGE
2.WHAT WILL IT COST MY FAMILY
3.WHAT WILL  IT COST ME IN THE FUTURE   
4.WHAT IT IS ALREADY COSTING ME MENTALLY, EMOTIONAL AND PHYSICALLY
5.WHAT WILL I MISS OUT IF I DON'T CHANGE
6.WHAT WILL MY THE CONSEQUENCE OF THIS ON ME AND MY FAMILY IF I DON'T CHANGE

The point is to associate massive pain to not changing.So that you want to change right now.

To associate massive pleasure with your new behaviors ask yourself questions like 
1.IF I DO CHANGE HOW WILL IT MAKE ME FEEL ABOUT MYSELF
2.WHAT MOVEMENT COULD I BUILD IF I CHANGE RIGHT NOW
3.WHAT ARE THE THINGS I CAN ACCOMPLISH IF I MAKE THE CHANGE TODAY
4.HOW WILL MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY FEEL IF I DO CHANGE NOT
5.HOW MUCH HAPPIER WILL I BE
6.THINK ABOUT ALL THE POSITIVENESS IT WILL BRING IN YOUR LIFE

the key is to get enough strong reasons to change what you are doing right now immediately

STEP 3: INTERRUPT THE LIMITING PATTERN

One of the best ways to interrupt your own limiting pattern is to do something that you don't expect of yourself
YOU need to do some different things in some and some different
action
A great way to scramble the sensation that we link to our memories are-
Forex -If your boss yells at you & you mentally re-run the experience over and over again.Picturing him  yelling at you over and over again
You are going to feel even worse then the first time your boss yells at you
SO to overcome try this
See that same situation in your mind that is bothering you.Picturing it as it was a movie.Just watch it once and now take that movie and turn it into cartoon.Sit on your chair with a deep grin and run the movie backward as fast as possible so that everything runs in reverse.Watch your boss swallow your words 
watch the cartoon fast-ward and change the color of the image so that everybody faces are of rainbow color and maybe color their paint like the tribes of Africa.Grow a big goofy mouse ear in your boss's head & a long dog nose 
Do this at least at a dose time back and forth 
the speed of the process is really fast 
What happens is now when you try to remember the memory it is replaced with this funny cartoon movie that you has just created and you won't have the same bad feeling about those old memories,.

 STEP 4: CREATE A NEW EMPOWERING ALTERNATIVE
This step is most important is creating long-term change.
What you have to do is to find an alternative or replacement of your old pattern

For ex-If you want to get rid of smoking you need to come off to a new or many new ways to provide you the benefits or when you smoke
For ex-if, you smoke to get rid of stress.Replace it some other activity or you can build massive pain to this activity
If you are not sure of what to replace the old belief then find the people who have overcome the same behavior.Find out what was their alternative was.

STEP 5; CONDITION THE NEW PATTERN UNTIL IT IS CONSISTENT


It is the way to make long-term change in the long run 

Imagine yourself ding your new empowering behavior repeatedly until you can see clearly that it will get you out if pain and into the pleasure &Imagine it  until it feels good to you 

Imagine with tremendous emotional energy.Don't be logical but be as Emotional as you can
Link pleasure to the new behavior .Give yourself reward so that it stay reinforced and it becomes consistent

The key here is to set a series of short-term goal or milestone and as you reach them to reward yourself immediately.
Don't wait to make this reward immediately

STEP 6: TEST


First:    Make sure that your new behavior fits into your core beliefs and values

SECOND: Test that if these new strategies are firmly installed

If you still fail to change your behavior or pattern then it is clear that you don't have enough leverage on yourself.You need to create massive pain to your old behaviors and massive pleasure in your new behaviors
